Quarterly billing
Divvestor paid plans are billed in advance for three months at a time and automatically renew every quarter unless canceled before the next renewal date. The price and renewal frequency are displayed before checkout.
No refunds
Payments are nonrefundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, accidental nonuse, account inactivity, downgrades, or cancellation after a charge has been processed, except where required by applicable law.
Cancel anytime
You may cancel at any time to stop future renewal charges. Cancellation does not end access immediately: your paid features remain available through the end of the billing period already purchased. After that paid-through date, the subscription ends and the account returns to the available free level.
Failed or unauthorized payments
If you believe a charge was unauthorized or made in error, contact us promptly at support@divvestor.com. Failed payments may result in restricted or suspended Premium access.
